Has anyone here following auto-stocks heard WHO might be hunting for Walbro

Has anyone following LEAR heard anything about a potential move by LEAR to acquire WALBRO? or Siemens AG ????

There is lots of movement in the past week on WALB on but-out speculation. but by who?
WALB shot up from $ 9 to $14 in 2 days !!!!!
