NEW YORK, April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: APPI - news) announced today that on April 6, 1999, the Company sold common shares of the Company's stock in a Reg. D Offering which was placed through The Intercontinental Capital Corp. The proceeds from this sale will allow the Company to have its financial statements and records audited by independent certified accountants and file a Form 10-SB Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to become a reporting company. The proceeds will also be used for marketing of APPI products and the expansion of the Company's current productline. The Company is currently negotiating with third parties for the distribution of its products and hopes to announce further agreements in the near future.
