Was just looking through these messages have't been around for awhile, bchpe is still listed on the quote services even though theres no shares trading. Don"t they usually say unavailable when a co goes out of business? I have personally talked with Chris Mallous (last year) and he assured me if they could get some cash from the bagle business theyed have a chance.Can they do this to us and get away with it? This is the first stock I've owned that went all the way down, actually this was my sons first adventure in the market. I used the money that he had in his savings acct since he was a kid to buy this stock. He doesn't ask me for investment advice anymore and I'll still end up paying for his college. Oh well how do we find out for sure that its over and what do you have to get to write it off? Dave Ludwig
