To DownSouth: A word of caution. Suggest you be careful of your terminology. Specifically, what do you mean by "ethernet"? There are many possibilities for access to the e-net in addition to using CDMA for that purpose, no? CDMA may be a player in wireless to internet and may well be the winner, but Java, Jini, etc. and some European companies are possibilities. Last, the S-CDMA which Terayon (TERN) uses for its advanced modems for cable access does not need any Q patents as best I have been able to discover, though would welcome any proof otherwise.
