Finally you guys are looking at a real company. Softbank does indeed trade in the US as an ADR. The ticker is SFTBF. Last trade was $139.

Now you have 2 real Asian internet companies to research and possibly invest in. PCNTF and SFTBF.

You can even do REAL DD on these companies, not relying on bucket shop IR firms, either. Perhaps you could start by getting research reports from Merrill Lynch or Morgan Stanley. Perhaps you could call their offices in San Francisco. Maybe you could call up people at their subsidiaries and major investment that are headquartered in the US. (I'll even get you started try ZD first)

Its not as tidy as calling shills at Veritas, but its REAL DD on a REAL company.
