I'll call the CEO in a little while regarding the r/s effective date. Believe the price is not going down because people think this is still an easy 3 bagger from here. Post r/s price will be $1.80, still a way's to go for NASDAQ listing. Convenient for CEO Copland to have exactly 1 million shares after r/s. Makes it very easy for him to calculate the value of his holding's! I don't think he will sell his stock until his company is listed, JMO IC
