StockOperator,

It was interesting to note that right at 10:40 am when the market was selling off a little, the interest rates dropped. Then at 11:30 when
the DOW was rebounding, the interest rates started rising. This is more than just a coincidence.

As mentioned in my update, I believe that the interest rates and the stock market right now are at a equalibrium, a very fine equalibrium.
If the economic reports start to show negative signs and rates increase, then that would pressure stocks to the downside, and the reverse applies - if the rates drop (not due to flight to safety), then that would pressure stocks to the upside.

Once the major earning announcements are over, which is basicly, this week, then the market will be putting more concentration on economic
reports and world events. So if KOSOVO gets resolved soon that would help and vice versa.

Im no expert in economics or Kosovo, so I will let others gander at how they will turn out.
