Thanks for the nice comments.

Behind the scenes, it was a bit hectic. Anyone but Gretchen, and it would not have come off in such a short time frame. Also Fred Hickey, who I consider to be the best in the game, responded remarkably quickly and in his normal superb manner. Both of them are "class acts", and I'm honoured to work with them.

We actually provided Gretchen with considerably more material than was used, but that is always the case. She managed to condense into a few hundred words, what would have taken Fred a page to convey, and me a chapter. (g)
