Eric is actually a nice guy. I have spoken to him on the phone for over two hours on SFLK. BTW ERIC, I just received today a confirmation letter from the SEC on my novel on SFLK from one of their staff attorneys. Dated April 22, 1999. The SEC is slow but they always get their Silicon Valley New Issues inc. I can fax you a copy if you wish. Their B.S. press release was met with a thud today.
