I think we should all start with tomorrow's auction as a starting point. Think of the ramifications of something such as this, and I can only imagine the sheer # of big shots who will be tuning in to take note. If the auction goes off particularly well, I could easily see bids trading into the twenty U.S. range come the following days. JMO with a little hype thrown in for good measure - like to keep GoNorth satisfied (gives him something to talk about).
