If CRUS cannot dispose of the fab operations, then why don't they buy a company that needs the fab space. Or at least partner with someone who could utilize the fab operation and at least break even with it. There has never been an answer by anyone on this issue. I think that CRUS management owes everyone an explanation of what is stopping them from resolving this issue.
