This is the kind of pig-headed U.S. arrogance that the rest of the world is really starting to hate. NATO, is just another term for "THE U.S. PROTECTORATE OF EUROPE". NATO is outside their mandate acting on behalf of a half-cocked, half-brained U.S. secretary of state.

p.s. I'm glad I live in Canada, it's like living down the street from the circus, enjoying the benefits of it without having to live in it.
