Investor Update 03/01/97 (from the Java Girl website) Java Girl was down 7.3% this week, closing at $ 0.406. Peter Dahsler is our operations manager in Germany. In Chemnitz our roasting facility is now open. Consistent quality, a large coffee selection and every growing sales to Mrs. Chemnitz housefrau are reported. Peter feels we have good response for the short time we have been open. We are able to roast as much as 350 lbs/day, and could extend by operating a second shift. In Dresden our two stores are gaining ground daily. We have a new March advertising campaign. In April an outside terrace will open with an additional 90 seats.
