Has anyone had a problem getting IQCharts to run on Windows NT workstation 4.0 (Service Pack 3)? I have downloaded the software three times and IQCharts has sent me a CD with the software on it for installation. In all cases, the result is the same. The software is installed and the icon is created on my desktop. When i click on it, a dialogue box comes up to sign on. I put in my User Name and Password and click "Sign On." After a time out period, another dialogue box comes up that says "Failed to Connect to the Server." I thought that it might be a firewall problem, so I talked to the firewall administrator. He said that there should be no problem with the firewall in running this software. He did a packet sniff on my IP address. He could see packets going out when i accessed Yahoo, e.g., but saw nothing when I tried to access IQCharts. It almost looks as if nothing is going out from my computer when I try to run IQCharts.
IQCharts says that they are working on it, but there has been no progress and it has been over a month now. Any suggestions out there?
TIA!
