Lyle, I would like to remind you that Jack King said to me in person at the Boston meeting that Soros IS definitely invested in Zitel stock. Perhaps his holdings do not amount to the 5% that would mandate SEC filing. I was surprised to hear that the Delaware vote failed. Not going there strikes me as good news for longs who are secretly hoping that this company will be taken over. Since they will not have the protection that DE grants, they may be ripe. I am also assuming that Esping is the bad egg in this. Is he in or out? Is he the one pushing for IBM's takeover? I will sign off tonight feeling somewhat more optimistic about tomorrow's trading than before...until then, sweet dreams.... Gus
