Sorry, I won't dignify that a##holes comments with a reply except to say when you disparage someone you should know your facts.
FACT: Dirks beat the SEC in 1983 when the US Dept of Justice joined him vs the SEC at the Supreme Court, in the Equity Funding insider trading case.
