Doug, Public EDGAR is delayed by about 2 days and can be found at sec.gov Real time EDGAR can be found at edgar-online.com starting at about $5.00 a month for about 25 reports. Excellent source of info. I got the information on the sputtering process from the HMTT, or HMT Technology, Inc. prospectus filed sometime in May 1996. The info on the preamplifier was contained in the AXC 3rd quarter 10Q. The Ampex web site at ampex.com also contains excellent information about AXC's tape products, among other things. I actually think it's good that this company communicates with its shareholders mostly through its SEC filings and its occasional press release. I remember that not too long ago there was a seafood company furiously hyping its internet division, and look where it is now. Gus P.S. Rob, I am not an engineer, but I do know some engineers who explain the more technical stuff to me. Even then it's a process of sheer repetition. As for overweighting your portfolio in AXC, the numbers are there, man, for you to use. Timing may be an issue. Technical Analysis may help. Best of luck.
