I rotated much of the FSESX money into a small cap fund. Small caps still very cheap and they are acting much better of late. And Abbey Cohen now is bullish on this sector. I see the Russell 2000 climbing 10-20% by summer with relatively little downside risk.

I bought back a little FSESX this morning and will buy more aggressively as and if the OSX approaches my target of 65-66.
