Just curious - why do you say that suitors are definitely interested ? There have been no confirmations that any discussions are happening or that they ever happened. Back in December there was the same kind of excitement when (apparently) company executives were spotted at Intel headquarters, but obviously nothing happened. I definitely agree with you that 3Com "needs" to be taken over -
