Today I was listening to Power Lunch on CNBC and they were talking about Embrex, Inc.'s new poultry vaccine which can be used on chicken embroyos before hatching. The company is planning to start selling their vaccine overseas. Well, looks like the CP Group is going to be one of those first "overseas" customers:

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. -- Embrex Inc. (EMBX) agreed to provide its Bursaplex vaccine and Inovoject injection system to Chareon Pokphand Group's Bangkok Livestock Processing Co. unit.

t is an egg injection system that eliminates the need for manual vaccination of newly hatched broiler chicks.

In a press release Tuesday, Embrex said the unit will use Inovoject to inject the infectious bursal disease vaccine complex in ovo, beginning this month.

Embrex, an agricultural biotechnology company, develops pharmaceutical and data management products to improve bird health and reduce production costs for the poultry industry.

Chareon Pokphand Group is a poultry producer.
