Hi Vendit:

You have probably addressed this before (if so, just refer me), but are you at all concerned about how the issue of internet cable access impacts AOL's prospects long term? Personally, feel that a cloud now hangs over the stock for this reason, despite it's fabulous run and it's fabulous sales and earnings growth. Firmly believe that Mr. Case will have the wherewithal to resolve the issue somehow. Outbid for MediaOne?? Short-term, the lobbying efforts do not seem likely to succeed. TIA.
