Walter - This is just conjecture on my part, but I feel it's possible that the music player will use the IBM micro-drive instead of flash memory - or possibly different versions of the player will use one or the other. At the annual meeting, they mentioned that EDIG's Micro OS - although designed for flash memory file management - also works well with the IBM micro-drive. This would allow 340 minutes of CD-quality sound, as well as the use of video.

As you know, EDIG has a number of (I believe 5) patents granted on the Micro OS flash memory file system.
