Contract With Bergen Brunswig Drug Company, Expected To Generate $15 Million In
Revenue

IRVINE, CALIF. (April 26) BUSINESS WIRE -April 26, 1999--The announcement
of an exclusive Managed Care Contract with SIMS Communications Inc.
(Nasdaq:SIMSC) was confirmed Friday by Bergen Brunswig Drug Co. (BBDC),
a subsidiary of Bergen Brunswig Corp. (NYSE:BBC), a Fortune 200 company
with annual revenues of $17 billion.

"As SIMS' One Medical Service System division expands its customer base
under the exclusive direction of the Bergen Brunswig Drug Co., SIMS
expects to generate additional revenues to the company of $15 million,
over the next three years," stated Mark E. Bennett, SIMS president and
chief executive officer.

"Our One Medical Service System allows consumers to obtain their
prescriptions, softgoods, home medical equipment (HME) and many related
health care services from one source."

Bennett also announced last week that SIMS plans to change its
corporate name to Medcomm.com, and has reserved the NASD ticker symbol
"EMED," subject to shareholders' approval. "SIMS is substantially a
different company today than when it was first founded, and we felt
that the time was right to establish a new identity," he said.

SIMS Communications provides electronic transaction solutions for the
health care industry. The company's products include: the MedCard
System, a system that provides 100 percent paperless electronic data
entry at the physician's office for all medical insurance billings; the
One Medical Service System, a cost-effective solution that gives
pharmacies the ability to provide a complete, one-stop shopping
solution for all their customers' home medical equipment (HME) and home
health care related services needs and to participate in managed care
contracts; Internet HME e-commerce sales, under development; and its
Internet health care portal, under development, that will deliver
health care content to consumers and health care providers and provide
links to other Internet health care Web sites.
