Doug, USRX no longer moves on it's own merit, but 3Com's.

Whatever price COMS is trading at, multiply it by 1.75, and you get approximately what USRX's price is (note, that right now, there is a large spread between what USRX is trading at, and where it should (perhaps a better word is "could") be trading at).

I don't have much experience in LEAPS. Sorry.
