Jerry, taking a position is a decision that you have to make for yourself. You have to determine you're own risk/reward tolerance. What is right for me may be wrong for you. I hate to sound like a cliche, but this one is true. Are you holding 1st tier 'nets long? This might be just the ticket to hedge that exposure.

Also, I'm by no means always right. That's why I like to take profits while they're there. I don't think I'd pick a 'net for my first time short though. Also, I've found it's not a great idea to chase a stock down. This one is not so bad, but it's showing some definite signs of support in the low 15s. There are a ton of bidders lines up at 15 to 15 1/8.

If you do choose to short it here, you might want to try to enter at 19ish if it makes it. The 19s would be a compelling entry point IMO, because I could stop out if it were to break out, and only risk a few percentage points.

Again, sorry I can't do anything but tell you what I'm doing and why. Welcome to the dark side.
