Lyle, thanks for your comments. My web connection is SO SLOW tonight that I'm having a hard time getting my responses to the people they're meant to go to.

It is a little unusual for the president of a company to tell a third party that an individual owns stock in his company. But this had become dramatic public news, and then it was anonymously but "authoritatively" denied. What would you do if you were the president of that company? Would you take it lying down? Or, would you go with the reliable private information you had, and say, "Yes, this man DOES own stock in my company." If I were Jack King, I would go with my best information, rather than give in to either positive or negative rumors.

Regards,

M.M.
