In the short term YES!

First of all, what if USR opens flat or down on tomorrows open? If no one is buying tomorrow morning I expect panic to set in and this stock could slide right through 54 and settle between 50-52.

If the stock does rebound on the open, which it seems everyone expects, there is no guarantee the stock will stay above the 58 level (assuming it moves that high). If the stock can't hold the 58 level, I expect it to slide right back down to 55-56 and momemtum could then take it lower.
