On a slightly different slant, what can be done to change the header story. When I look up this post, I read that Centenial Tech is going to be using the Norris nos. I do not think so anymore. Any ideas?

P.S. I understand Qualcomm is supposed to be announcing a new development with their CDMA Cell phones. To bad they are not incorporating some NORRF recording technology in their phones.
