Otex is living on borrowed time HVN Bail quickly.V has and always will be smoozing the customers.They have been in china for a long long time.This is just the start of a long term arraingement that will bring ChinaNet into the 21st century.V will be the #1 vendor in China by 2000.Wait and see.
