Vlad...It's clear that Vivus had registered and received their patent before this other group period. The patent office failed in issuing the second patent. Even the lawyer for the other group admits that..

No point in doing any business with this other group.
Also if they started testing on any humans without FDA approval I think they are in violation of FDA guidelines, etc.
