Michael, since you ask the question why cmgi isn't buying back their own shares, the answer is the same as with every other company in the world. Co's buy back their shares when their is a confluence of two events: Excess cash with no place else to put it and an unjustifiably low stock price. Otherwise, co's use money to do their business, not to complete the circle.
