Lifekeepers Appoints New Marketing Director
NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 1999-- Lifekeepers International Inc., which trades on the Bulletin Board owned by the Nasdaq Stock Market (LIFR), announced the appointment of Chris
Nielsen to its management team.
Nielsen brings over 15 years of experience in the medical industry including sales and management with companies like Johnson & Johnson and Hewlett Packard. He will direct the marketing of the Mobile Diagnostic Ultrasound Business being developed and pursued by the company. The board of directors of its subsidiary, Life Keepers Inc., ratified the April 1 appointment of Nielsen as vice president of Marketing. He will assist as to such areas of planning, equipment selection, purchase and use, and other areas. He also agreed to supply such services under an agreement, which was signed. The agreement, in summary, provides for an initial engagement fee, and monthly payments, for two years of services.
Lifekeepers International Inc. is pursuing emerging medical opportunities primarily in the medial and healthcare fields in areas such as mobile diagnostic ultrasound and similar testing procedures.
