Opal April, I cannot answer your question as to "what went wrong", except that I see a lot of different factors, with maybe the only thing in common being the old management.

However, I would like to ask you one thing. Why do you believe that especially with the Internet craze their prospects should be rosy? What is the connection that you see between SGI and the Internet?
