Joan,

I have a few questions if you dont mind asking them.

1. What are they going to do with $30MM. I project they only need ten million more given the growth of their business to $50MM in revenue. It seems very clear to me that they are primarily doing this to screw their largest shareholder and that is a very bad omen.

2. Will the new Fibre Channel Array cannilbalize their existing sales?

3. What new areas will they invest in and how much will it cost.
