There is nothing to do but wait. I figure Marker's sales of bindings is where to start as far as the value of the company. Multiply by 2 or 3 what ever the going rate is. Marker being the premier binding company might add a premium. Subtract the debt and take 15% of the total and you have fare value for the stock. Call the company. They are still answering the phone. The person I talked to seemed confident Marker would be in business for a long time.
