volumne over 2.7 million today, all crosses, I expect as stock didn't move much more than a penny. perhaps malaysian deal alive again and/or their gearing up for another P/D. I don't know. I am betting that this is the bottom and have averaged down somewhat. if someone is going to pump plas up I would think .15 to .20+ would be the minimum, if malaysian deal does finally come through then obviously a much higher price would exist.
