Just got off the phone with HDSG corporate. Was told by Mitzi, the annual shareholders meeting sometime in May or June. The date isn't "firmed" up yet. The financials are being prepared and the web site will be updated.

I also visited one of the facilities this past weekend and was impressed by their location and the menu. It was clean,close to major traffic arteries, had polite employees,and across from a Lowes "Movie" complex and a slew of other retail stores. Really like the "Mud" pie. So much for the diet.<g> The place was busy.
