becareful shorting idtc, you are correct in that they will be spinning off the n2p product, but if voip market continues to gain market share, idtc has the only voip backbone that rings the u.s. and an international presence. they have the fiber and they have the pops, they just do not have recognition. good luck on the short if you decide to, could you let me know?
