Received the following information today from SHAL investor relations. The company has 9.2 mil. shares outstanding, and approx. 1.7 mil share float. They also said they are working hard on the NASDAQ listing process, and hope to move it on board early this fall. Reminder: record date for receiving USLAB shares is April 30, 1999. USLAB ipo scheduled for May 3, 1999. Happy trading! I am long SHAL!
