that'll never work... as paying customers... best thing to do is voice your concern.. not go silent... only way that would work is if the VAST MAJORITY of people agreed to go silent. jmho jim ps... SI has never been a friendly service... at least not when dealing with complaints... i pray that they never decide to get into the PR business... they are terrible at making people feel better about bad situations.. they only make you madder ; but still we're all better off with SI existing than it not. I doubt there is one of us here who doesn't wish they'd started SI themselves.
