I spoke with Tom Biggs again late last week. He said that the documents are ready to be filed and we are just waiting on the company to get them filed with the SEC. When that will be is not known. He did say that CEO Alvarez is well aware of the importance to the common shareholders on becoming fully reporting and moving to the Bulletin Board. Tom also said that things look very good with the MBM acquisition. He would not say what their revenues were but said it would all be in the documents when they are filed. I would suggest that all interested stockholders call Tom Biggs and talk with him personally. Tom is very happy to spend a few minutes with WTHL stockholders. His number is 904-409-0200. Cheers!
