No it doesn't.

AMD has a history of having a new problem with manufacturing every processor.

The K7 should be just like K63 or the 400 MHz K62 or the 233 MHz K6 or the 150 MHz K5.

If necessary, AMD will invent a problem to give them manufacturing problems with the K7.
