Bill, without your approval or consent I have decided to take a different approach to what is happening with MGR, as pertains to company policy. I will now follow your lead and not "shoot from the hip" anymore. You are now my scout, and even if you turn and shout at me to stop following you, I will grin and hold my ground. You talk like a leader, so I hope you can communicate thru ways I do not, and e-mail and telephone officers at MGR and understand whats best for MGR. Anyway, I released all the hot air inside of me, and would need to put in a refill. I will put that off, and left in me is empty air, so I will not air that and replace it with this stuff I am now posting. Doug
