I was told recently that as each Swiss male reaches adulthood, he is issued an assault weapon, is taught to use it and is required keep and maintain it. The murder rate there very is low. How do those who think the problem is guns rather than values respond to the Oklahoma City bombing, and death, torture and mayhem in Rwanda, and The Sudan by machete, battle axe, spear and war club?
