Apparently they had disclosed the bad news to their big brokerage houses from where pinky and his goons aparently got the news .

Here you cite the management of your own beloved company on severe wrongdoings and handing out sensible information in a non-public, non-suitable way. Beware, they can sue you to hell if they learn that.

Your statement, peacelover, is highly libellous and I am quite sure that you aren't able to prove these accusations.

I hope you guys nail the butts of pinky and his goons when they show up here with their accounting irregularities bs.

Sorry, Mr. Pink isn't responsible for MRVCs books, or the alleged cooking of books. The SEC did what they had to do... Maybe you talk to the company and get a better answer where the problem was with their books.
