The closest thing to what "fair price" is is the market price today - so if I were offered $40 tomorrow I would jump at it. You can buy all of my shares for $40 if you like (and that includes everything, not just Palm...) <<< I'm not sure where you get 40 bucks as fair price for coms. Maybe I'm drinking from a different well, but I wouldn't approve selling Palm alone for less than 40 per share >>>
