Whenever I have had problems with a company it has been my policy not to talk with the rank and file but go to the head. Maybe we should express our concerns to the head of SI parent company.

In fact, I am going to buy some stock in that company, so that will have to respond to a stockholder.

I can't put up with any form of censorship.
