Bill, I am taking your words as constructive criticism. I think Wayne made an incredibly disruptive event for SI. I am not finding humor in it, as I was one of the 1st, I think, to be "surprised". But, I like Wayne and respect him as a person. His stock picking ability and positive elements to SI are not anything that I would need to evaluate to think favorably of him.
I also use the words "goodguy/badguy" generically. Today, Wayne was a badguy. But he didn't con anybody, stroke them into penny stock plays, effect their retirement, disrupt their marriage, endanger their home ownership, etc. And let's not blame the newbie for being stupid enough to get into this trouble. When an oldster gets conned by a "repairman" we want to hang the guy. When an oldster get taken by a pump and dump scheme, they are told they should have done DD, called the company....yadda...yaddda.....yadda.....When we tell this to SI....we hear every lame excuse in the book. When we attact the perp and try to stop the thievery, they cry to SI and the "goodguy" gets the shit end of the stick.
Yesterday and today I took a few shots at an old aquaintence. Today I reposted Waynes link to the "mirror" when I truely thought something was wrong inside SI......(and I still do but with other things). Today I received no less than 6 PMs from SIbob. None were complimentary. They were exactly what I would expect to hear from the likes of a penny pumper who was either defending his position or attacking the messenger(in this case I was the messenger).
If I get tossed, you can be assured that something is seriously rotten inside SI. And I am not alone in these beliefs. I have lost all respect for SI management. And if they want respect again they have to earn it. I really don't suspect they care of course. Today SI got played with. Just like we do every day we try to better this environment. We bitch and nothing gets done. Today they are bitching and they react by terminating Wayne, playing PM tag with me and who knows what else. Wayne will get back on. SI reacts like a cat whose tail got caught under the rocking chair.
So anyways, as long as I am still around, I'm gonna do what I want, when I want and how I want. And I'm sure I'll only piss off the "badguys".
