Zoro:Two people on the Raging Bull board called the company last Friday. Both the people at CAGI that they talked to said the matter with the SEC had been resolved. Now, it is just a matter of having the accountants compile the data and get the filing into the proper format. Monday or Tuesday was mentioned as target dates, but it really is not important in the long run. The filing will be made when it's ready, and no sooner. As to the Amex listing, this is also a matter that has been discussed a lot. Hard to say with any certainty which direction they will go, but go they will because it is decidedly in the company's and shareholder's best interest. We should have several big announcement coming out over the next week or two. Patience.
