Fatt asked why there was a sell off after the acquisition news...

and if anybody had any idea the news would be released:

Fatt, KYOM, no problem, really. It's a very good announcement I certainly...

didn't know anything about, as they play it close to their chest and are well aware of the rules of the game.

About a week ago, I suggested to B. Ransom that they do, just that to flesh out the Company and he never commented one way or the other about the idea.

It's also good because the ISP must have known they were in demand, being the only business in the province that did not have Government ties of any sort that would preclude a sale. So, they must have checked out KYOM thoroughly before accepting their shares in payment.

The management is not the hype type, but, of course, it's different with the I/R and P/R boys. I think it's likely it'll all work out in the end, though.

PS: I'd like to know who, if anyone, mentioned that he was told by P/R or I/R, they would be a $40 Millions financing package. Please, PM me.
